Synergy & Trading

  • Engage with W when Pyke is out of position or when Jinx is farming without escape routes.
  • Use your Q to interrupt Pyke's hook channel and follow up Varus poke with your full combo.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You should not roam much in this matchup since Varus needs protection from Pyke's engage potential.
  • Only roam when Varus has backed or when the wave is in a safe position.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't engage when Pyke has his hook available and escape routes open, as he will simply dash away.
  • Avoid using your W on Jinx when she has her E available, as she can easily disengage your combo.
