Who Wins
- Pre-6 you lose most trades due to Zilean's E speed boost allowing Jinx to kite your engage attempts, but post-6 your R can catch them even through Zilean's utility.
- Your W becomes much more threatening when Smolder hits his stacking breakpoints around level 6-7.
Synergy & Trading
- Look for Q knockup when Jinx steps up for CS, then W onto her while Smolder follows up with Q spam.
- Your E in brushes forces them to respect your zone control and limits their aggressive positioning.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam frequently after level 6 when Smolder can waveclear safely with Q stacks.
- Optimal timings are when the wave is pushing toward your tower and mid/jungle skirmishes are developing.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste W on Zilean when his R is available - focus Jinx first or wait for cooldowns.
- Engaging without vision of their jungler is suicide since Zilean's utility makes ganks extremely deadly.
