Who Wins
- You win short trades pre-6 with Q poke and can disengage with movement speed, but lose extended fights once Tryndamere builds fury stacks around level 4-5.
- Post-6 you can burst him down if he's not full health, but if he has R available and high fury, he will run you down in extended fights.
How to Trade
- Focus on Q poke when he goes for CS, then immediately back off using the movement speed steal to avoid retaliation.
- When he commits with E, use your E to reduce his damage and trade back with W-auto-Q, then disengage before he can build up fury stacks.
Wave Control
- Maintain distance and use Q to thin the wave while poking, avoiding hard pushes that let him freeze on you.
- Keep the wave in the middle or slightly pushing toward him so you can back off to safety after poke trades.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste mana on unnecessary Q pokes when the wave is in a bad position, as you'll run out of resources for meaningful trades.
- Avoid using R aggressively unless he's already low, since a healthy Tryndamere with R available will just run you down afterward.
