Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior range and poke, but Yone becomes dangerous post-6 when his R gives him gap-close potential to bypass your Q.
- His E spirit form allows him to engage from unexpected angles and return to safety even if you land your full combo.
How to Trade
- You want to poke with E when Yone goes for CS, then follow up with auto attacks while maintaining maximum range.
- Avoid extended trades since his Q3 tornado and W shield give him strong all-in potential once he closes the gap.
Wave Control
- You should push early levels to establish range advantage and recall timing, but transition to freezing or slow pushing once Yone hits 6.
- Keeping the wave closer to your tower limits his E engage angles and gives you escape routes.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You must not waste your Q on minions or use it predictably when Yone has E available.
- Missing your binding when he's in spirit form means he gets a free all-in with no consequence since he can return to his body.
