Who Wins

  • You can win early poke trades with E-passive procs and have range advantage, but lose hard once he lands Q and gaps close with W.
  • Post-6 you gain kill pressure with R but must respect his all-in potential if you miss Q or get caught without flash.

How to Trade

  • Use E to poke and proc passive when he goes for CS, then immediately back off to avoid his Q range.
  • If he engages with Q-W, immediately Q him during his W animation and kite backwards while weaving autos for passive damage.

Wave Control

  • Use E to push waves and maintain distance, looking to recall on good timings to avoid his all-in windows.
  • Keep the wave in the middle of the lane where you can safely farm with abilities while having escape routes to your tower.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste Q aggressively for poke as it's your only disengage tool against his engage combo.
  • Avoid face-checking bushes or staying in lane with low mana, as you become completely vulnerable to his all-ins without your key abilities available.
