- Pre-6: Vayne-Milio wins through sustain and short trade superiority, your poke gets healed back.
- Post-6: You gain kill pressure with R execute potential, but Milio's R can deny your burst combos.
Synergy & Trading
- Use E to zone and slow, then follow with Q when they're forced to move predictably.
- Always auto after landing Q to proc passive before Kai'Sa follows up with her damage rotation.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Push waves hard to create roam windows since Kai'Sa can clear safely with Q.
- Look for mid roams after shoving, especially when your R is available for dive assistance or objective fights.
Mistakes to Avoid
