Pre-6, you and Jhin win this lane — your Q root into Jhin's W + 4th shot is a kill combo that Brand and Ezreal cannot match in reliability, and your E shield partially mitigates their poke.
Post-6, your R + Jhin's R from max range is a near-unavoidable kill setup on Ezreal, and Brand has no dash to escape the chain.

Your best pattern is to Q root one target, immediately call for Jhin's W placement on the rooted enemy, then E for damage and your own passive proc — this maximizes the root duration window and forces the enemy to burn summoners or die.
Never use Q as a follow-up; it must be the initiation of every trade.
