Pre-6, you and Caitlyn win clearly — your Q root combined with Caitlyn's trap-auto-Q combo punishes Yunara hard since she has no escape before R, and Morgana's Q is slower and shorter-range than your Q, giving you the poke advantage.
Post-6, Morgana's E shields your ally from your own CC chain which is a real problem, and Yunara's R makes her a genuine threat in all-ins, so you need to land your Q before Morgana can react with her E to maintain your advantage.

Your best trading pattern is to bait Morgana's E by threatening a Q, then immediately throw the real Q once the shield is down or mistimed — a landed Q into E-auto-W combo with Caitlyn following up is your kill condition.
Avoid trading when Morgana's E is up, as it completely negates your CC chain and Yunara can freely stack her Q passive during that window.

You should maintain wave priority by using your E to clear waves efficiently so you can roam or contest vision — Caitlyn can hold the wave alone with her Q poke, so coordinating a shove-then-roam pattern is viable.
Don't spam your abilities purely for poke at the cost of wave control; your mana is better spent on decisive trades or roams than whittling down shields Morgana can replenish.

Do not throw your Q into Morgana's E — this is the single biggest mistake you can make, as it wastes your primary CC tool and gives Yunara a free window to activate her Q and trade favorably.
Respect Morgana's Q range in the early game; if she lands a bind on you, Yunara's E speed boost lets her close the gap and stack her Q passive on you before you can disengage.
