Who Wins

  • You lose most direct trades pre-6 but can win through poke and kiting with Q spam and W to disengage his all-ins.
  • Post-6 you're completely doomed in R since you have no mobility or burst to kill him before he stat-checks you to death.

How to Trade

  • Poke with Q from max range and immediately W him if he lands E to minimize his damage window.
  • Never try to trade auto attacks - use your range advantage to chip him down while staying outside his passive proc range.

Wave Control

  • Freeze the wave near your tower to force Mordekaiser to overextend for farm, making him vulnerable to jungle ganks.
  • You cannot match his push power, so focus on maintaining a safe farm position rather than trying to shove.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Never get caught in melee range without W available, as his E-Q combo into passive proc will chunk you heavily.
  • Don't use W aggressively for poke when his E is up, as you'll have no escape from his engage.
