Who Wins
- Pre-6 you lose the 2v2 — Poppy's engage is difficult to peel with your kit alone, and Miss Fortune's poke range forces you to burn mana on shields before you can trade effectively.
- Post-6 the matchup remains unfavorable: your R on Twitch can save him from one burst window, but Poppy's R displacement will interrupt Twitch's R channel and Miss Fortune's R will still shred you both if Poppy pins you.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to use your Q to slow Miss Fortune when she walks up to stack her passive, then E Twitch to shield him through the retaliation — never let Miss Fortune get a free passive proc without responding with a slow.
- Avoid standing in a line with Twitch, as Miss Fortune's Q will bounce between you and deal significant combined damage.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam — Twitch is extremely vulnerable to a 1v2 against Poppy and Miss Fortune without your peel, and any roam that results in Twitch dying or burning summoners puts you further behind in an already losing lane.
- Stay in lane, play for vision control around the river brush, and focus on keeping Twitch alive through poke phases.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your R on Twitch preemptively as a damage tool — save it exclusively to interrupt Poppy's engage or to prevent a kill when Twitch is caught out of stealth.
- Wasting R on an aggressive play gives Poppy a free window to hard-engage with no answer, which will result in a kill.
