Who Wins

  • Pre-6: You win most trades with E-Q-W combo as long as you land the initial engage.
  • Post-6: You still win 1v1s if you land E, but must be careful of his Q dodging your engage and R allowing him to run you down.

How to Trade

  • Lead with E when he's farming, follow with Q immediately, then W for the damage reduction and aftershock proc.
  • Back off after the combo unless you have a significant health advantage to continue trading.

Wave Control

  • Maintain a slow push or freeze near your tower to force him to overextend for CS, making your E engages more effective.
  • Avoid hard shoving as it gives him free Q resets and roam opportunities.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste E on minions or when he has Q available and is positioned to dodge it.
  • Never chase him through the jungle alone post-6 as his R and Q resets in jungle camps heavily favor him.
