Who Wins

Pre-6, Ashe+Lux win — Lux's E outranges your engage tools, and if she lands it before you close, your E-Q combo is wasted and you're left exposed.
Post-6, you have a strong all-in window if you can land your R first to set up Twitch's approach, but Ashe's R can still interrupt your setup or peel Twitch off.

Your best pattern is to bait Lux into using her E on you or Twitch during a fake aggressive step, then immediately close with E-Q once her E is on cooldown, applying your full W-passive stack while Twitch unloads.
If Lux holds her E, you must respect it and not commit your E blindly — her root into Ashe's follow-up will kill Twitch before he can deal damage.

You should roam when the wave is pushed to Ashe's tower and Twitch can safely farm or back — ideally after a successful all-in that burns Ashe and Lux's summoners or forces them to back.
Level 6 is your strongest roam timing since your R gives you a reliable engage tool in river or mid without needing to close distance first.

Do not engage without confirming Lux's E is on cooldown or has been dodged — her E into Ashe's W creates a long enough CC chain that Twitch will die before he can contribute, leaving you in a 1v2 with no peel.
Overextending your E onto Ashe while Lux is positioned to root you from behind is a common mistake that wastes your engage and gives them a free kill.
