LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose the extended poke war entirely — Lux's E+Q and Miss Fortune's passive poke will chunk you before you can close the gap, and your tankiness doesn't come online fast enough at levels 1-2.
- Post-6, your R is the great equalizer; landing it on both enemies simultaneously creates a kill window that Miss Fortune and Lux cannot escape, especially since neither has a reliable dash.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to walk up with W active to absorb a Lux E or Miss Fortune Q, then immediately E+Q onto the priority target (usually Lux, who is squishier), and trust Kai'Sa to follow — do not engage without W already toggled or you will be burst before your CC lands.
- Chain your Q stun into Kai'Sa's damage, then R if they Flash or if the second target needs to be locked down.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam, but only after a successful all-in that burns Miss Fortune's or Lux's Flash or kills one of them — roaming blind leaves Kai'Sa in a 1v2 against a lane that freely poke-kills her.
- Optimal roam timing is post-level 6 when your R gives you reliable CC for mid or river skirmishes, and the wave is pushed to their tower so Kai'Sa is safe.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not engage into a fully healthy Miss Fortune and Lux without vision of their positioning — Lux's R and Miss Fortune's R can kill you during your E animation if you are low from poke.
- Avoid hard-engaging when the wave is crashing into your tower, as a failed engage means Kai'Sa farms under pressure with no peel.
