Who Wins

  • You lose pre-6 trades due to Karma's disengage and superior range, but become dominant post-6 with R engage potential.

Synergy & Trading

  • Look for E-Q combos when enemies are poorly positioned, immediately followed by Kai'Sa R engagement.
  • Use W for damage reduction during trades and save R for guaranteed picks or counter-engage when they overextend.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Avoid roaming pre-6 as Kai'Sa needs protection from poke, but look for mid roams post-6 with R engage.
  • Time roams when Kai'Sa can safely farm under tower and you have R available for picks.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't engage without R unless enemies are severely out of position, as Karma E can easily disengage your combo.
  • Never waste E on minions or miss your engage, as the long cooldown leaves Kai'Sa vulnerable to extended poke.
