Who Wins
- You win most pre-6 trades due to your W passive and Q pull combo, but Sion's Q can interrupt your E dash if he times it well.
- Post-6 you maintain the advantage in extended fights since your R gives you mobility to dodge his abilities while he lacks escape tools.
How to Trade
- Look for short trades with W auto attacks then E away before Sion can land his Q knockup on you.
- When dismounted, use Q to build Courage from range and only commit to remounting when Sion's abilities are on cooldown.
Wave Control
- Push early levels to establish lane priority since you win short trades, but be ready to thin the wave if Sion starts proxying behind your tower.
- Avoid hard shoving when dismounted as you're vulnerable to ganks without your E mobility.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use your E aggressively when Sion has Q available, as he can easily interrupt your dash and follow up with his full combo.
- Never try to remount in melee range against a healthy Sion since he can burst you down before you complete the channel.
