Who Wins
- You lose early trades pre-6 due to Rumble's superior poke with Q and E, plus his ability to control heat for enhanced damage while you lack gap-closing power.
- Post-6 you can win all-ins with R engage if you land the knockup, as your sustained damage and remount potential outscales his burst in extended fights.
How to Trade
- Look for short trades with Q pull into W auto attacks, then immediately back off before Rumble can retaliate with overheated Q damage.
- Save E for dodging his E or extending trades when you have W active, as committing both gap closers without W puts you at severe disadvantage.
Wave Control
- Push early waves hard to hit level 6 first, as Rumble's waveclear with Q becomes oppressive once he gets points in it.
- After 6, look to freeze near your tower to force Rumble to overextend for CS, setting up R engage opportunities.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't chase extended trades while dismounted unless you're guaranteed to remount, as Rumble's sustained Q damage will kill you before you build enough Courage.
- Avoid using E aggressively without W ready, as you'll be stuck in melee range with no escape tools against his kiting potential.
