Who Wins
- You win early trades levels 1-3 with W passive and Q engage, but Illaoi becomes stronger post-6 when her R can turn fights around completely.
- Your remount potential keeps you competitive, but her sustain and AOE damage in extended fights favors her in the 1v1.
How to Trade
- Look for short trades using E-Q combo to proc W, then disengage before she can land Q or set up tentacles around you.
- If dismounted, use Q to build Courage while staying mobile, and only commit to remount fights when her abilities are on cooldown.
Wave Control
- Push early levels to deny her tentacle setup time, but be ready to thin push or freeze when she hits 6 since her waveclear becomes oppressive.
