Who Wins
- You lose all early trades levels 1-3 as Tryndamere's auto attacks and spin will chunk you heavily.
- At level 6, you still lose the all-in due to his ultimate negating your damage while he can continue attacking through your ult.
How to Trade
- You should only trade with E auto attacks when he's low on fury, then immediately back off before he can retaliate.
- Never extended trade as his sustained damage and healing will always win early game.
Wave Control
- You must freeze the wave near your tower and only last hit minions to avoid his all-in potential.
- Push only when he backs or roams, then immediately reset the wave position back to your side.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use your ultimate defensively too early when he dives you, as he can wait it out and kill you after.
- Don't try to match his split push mid-game as he will always win the 1v1 until you have 3+ items.
