Who Wins
- You lose hard levels 1-3 as Sett has superior base stats, sustain from passive, and can run you down with Q movement speed if you misposition.
- At level 6, you still lose all-ins since your R doesn't provide enough damage or safety against his R execute potential and W true damage.
How to Trade
- Your only viable trading is quick E-auto-Q poke when Sett uses Q on minions or misses E, then immediately backing off before he can gap close.
- Never extend trades beyond one spell rotation as his passive regeneration and W shield make sustained fights heavily favor him.
Wave Control
- You must freeze the wave near your tower and give up CS to avoid his all-in range, only last-hitting with E when safe.
- Pushing waves early gives him free reign to zone you completely from the minion line with his superior combat stats.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never try to fight him when his grit bar is high as his W will chunk you for massive true damage while providing a huge shield.
- Also avoid trading when your E is on cooldown since you lose your only reliable poke tool and escape mechanism.
