Who Wins
- You lose all-ins pre-6 as Fiora has superior mobility with Q and can easily gap-close through your E slow.
- Post-6 you can win extended trades if you maintain distance and use R defensively, but Fiora still wins short bursts due to her vital procs.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to E when Fiora approaches, auto-attack once, then immediately Q and back away to avoid her riposte.
- Never commit to extended trades pre-6 as her sustained damage with vitals will always outdamage your early game output.
Wave Control
- You want to freeze the wave near your tower early to farm safely, then slow push after level 6 to build up minion advantages.
- Avoid hard shoving as this leaves you vulnerable to Fiora's all-ins in the long lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use your Q aggressively for poke as this removes your only escape tool when Fiora engages with Q.
