  • You lose most pre-6 trades due to Viktor's range advantage and Q shield absorbing your poke damage.

How to Trade

  • Look for short trades using Q dagger pickup when he steps up to CS, then immediately back off to avoid his E laser retaliation.
  • Save your E for dodging his abilities or gap closing when his W is on cooldown, not for poke trades you'll lose.

Wave Control

  • Focus on shoving waves quickly with Q and W to create roam timers, as you can't reliably kill Viktor in lane without jungle help.
  • Look for roam opportunities after clearing waves since your map impact is much higher than his early game.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't commit to all-ins when his W is available as the stun will cancel your R and leave you vulnerable in his ultimate zone.
