LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Varus have a slight edge at level 1 through early poke with your Q and his W-empowered autos, but Seraphine's W slow and Syndra's E flip the level 2 all-in in their favor if they choose to commit.
- Post-6, you lose the 2v2 — Syndra R into Seraphine R creates a chain CC window that your R+Q cannot match in burst or lockdown.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to RQ (Mantra-empowered Q) onto Syndra when she walks up to Q the wave, then follow with an E on Varus to let him reposition and fire a charged Q — this forces Syndra to back off or eat significant damage.
- Do not use your E defensively as a reflex; save it for the moment Syndra commits her E so Varus can dodge or reposition out of the follow-up.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam pre-6 — Seraphine provides enough utility that leaving Varus alone against Syndra+Seraphine is a death sentence given his lack of mobility.
- Post-6, if you shove the wave and Syndra has used her R, a quick roam to mid is viable since your R+Q provides strong gank assist, but only when Varus is safe under tower.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use Mantra charges on W shields reactively when Varus is not in immediate danger — your Mantra-empowered Q is your primary damage and zone tool, and wasting it on a small shield loses you the poke war against Seraphine's sustained healing.
- Mismanaging Mantra is the single biggest reason Karma players lose this lane.
