Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you lose extended trades because Leona's all-in is faster than your damage output, but you have a meaningful level 2 spike if you take Q and E — your E trap can interrupt Leona's E approach and buy time.
  • Post-6, you still lose a clean 2v2 all-in, but Lux's R gives you a burst combo that can kill Ashe before Leona's lockdown matters, so you must play reactively and punish overextensions.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best pattern is to stay at max Q rocket range, using Lux's poke to whittle down Leona and Ashe before any engage happens — never let Leona close the gap without Lux's E being available to peel.
  • If Leona engages, immediately place your E trap under yourself to slow her, then use W to zone Ashe away from following up.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You want to push the wave fast with Q rockets and reset to a safe position, as a shoved wave under their tower limits Leona's engage windows significantly.
  • Avoid letting the wave freeze near your tower, as that gives Leona free brush access and easy engage angles with no minion interference.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not stand in a straight line with Lux behind you — Lux's Q and E are skill shots that Ashe's R can interrupt, and if both of you are rooted simultaneously the fight is over instantly.
  • Never chase Ashe aggressively even when she is low, as Leona will turn on you the moment you overextend.
