- You lose level 2 due to Rakan's W-Q combo being stronger than Lulu's polymorph, but you win level 6 since your R provides global pressure while Kai'Sa's R requires her to be in danger.
- Kai'Sa needs to get close to deal damage while you can stay at maximum range with rockets.
Synergy & Trading
- Use rocket form to poke when Rakan is out of engage range, then switch to minigun when Lulu polymorphs their engage attempt for sustained damage.
- Always position behind minions to avoid Kai'Sa's W, but be ready to sidestep when she uses Q on the wave.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Push early levels to get level 2 first and avoid Rakan's level 2 all-in, then maintain slow pushes to build up minion advantages for teamfights.
- Avoid hard shoving after level 6 unless you have vision, as Kai'Sa's R makes her excellent at capitalizing on overextensions.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use rocket form when Rakan has W available and flash up, as the self-slow makes you an easy target for his engage combo.
- Don't greed for CS when Kai'Sa has passive stacks on you, as her burst with Rakan follow-up can kill you through Lulu's shields.
