Who Wins
- You win early 1v1s levels 1-3 with E negating his Q auto-attacks and superior base damage in short trades.
- At level 6, the matchup becomes more volatile as his R provides significant burst and Determination stacking, but you maintain advantage with proper E usage and your own R scaling.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to bait his engage, then E when he commits with Q or after W pull, auto-W-Q out for favorable trades.
- Save your Q for either engaging when his abilities are down or escaping after landing your E stun combo.
Wave Control
- Match his pushing with your auto-attacks and W, looking for short trade windows when his E is on cooldown.
- Control minion positioning to avoid easy W pulls, and maintain wave states that allow you to Q to minions for escape routes after trades.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste E defensively against his poke - save it for when he fully commits with Q double-strike as that's when you can turn the trade decisively.
- Never fight him when he has high Determination stacks and R available unless you can burst him quickly with your full combo.
