Who Wins
- You lose early trades pre-6 due to Tahm's superior base damage and sustain from E, but can start winning extended fights around level 6-7 when your R passive stacks become meaningful.
- Post-6 you win all-ins if you can stick to him, as your sustained DPS with R passive outscales his burst pattern.
How to Trade
- You want short trades using Q-W-E then backing off before he can proc his passive stacks on you.
- Avoid extended trades early since his Q poke and E sustain will win the war of attrition until you have items and levels.
Wave Control
- You should focus on freezing the wave near your tower early to avoid his Q poke harassment and force him to overextend for CS.
- Once you have Sheen and levels, you can start slow pushing to build up minion advantages for all-ins.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't try to fight him in extended trades before level 6 and your first item component, as his base damages and E sustain will overwhelm you.
- Avoid letting him stack his passive on you for free - if he lands Q, respect the follow-up damage and disengage immediately.
