Scuttle Contest
- You lose early scuttle fights at level 3 since Kindred can kite you effectively and you lack reliable gap closing.
- From level 6, you win 1v1s when you can get in melee range with Q and immediately activate E - if you can survive Kindred's initial burst and force an extended trade, your sustained damage and E block will secure the kill.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Kindred will likely start on their bot side and path toward top scuttle to secure early marks and contest objectives.
- They may also attempt early invades on your blue side jungle around 3:15 when you're low from clearing camps.
Invade or Not
- You should not invade Kindred early as they have superior mobility and range to escape or turn fights.
- Instead, focus on power farming to level 6 and look for counter-ganks where you can catch Kindred in extended fights with your laners' help.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't chase Kindred through the jungle without vision or backup, as they can kite you indefinitely and escape over walls with Q.
- Avoid fighting in open areas where Kindred can maintain distance - instead, use brushes and tight corridors to force closer engagements where your kit excels.
