Scuttle Contest
- You lose most scuttle fights level 3 unless you land a clean E-Q combo, as Talon's burst damage with Q-W-passive outdamages your sustained damage output.
- From level 6, you can only win 1v1s if you successfully trap him with R and land E-Q while he's locked in the arena, preventing his escape with E.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Talon will likely start his red side for a fast clear, going Red-Krugs-Raptors then looking to invade your jungle or gank mid around 2:45-3:00.
- He may also do a full clear if he's planning to counter-jungle your raptors or red buff when you're on the opposite side.
Invade or Not
- You should not invade Talon directly as he has superior 1v1 potential and mobility to escape with E over walls.
- Instead, focus on counter-ganking when he shows on the map, as your E-Q setup provides better teamfight utility than his single-target burst.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't chase Talon through the jungle without vision support, as he can easily escape with E and turn the fight in his favor if you're isolated.
- Avoid using E-Q combo predictably, as good Talons will save their E to dodge your knockup and immediately punish you while your abilities are on cooldown.
