Who Wins

  • Pre-6 you have strong disengage tools to counter Yunara's Q-empowered all-ins, but her hybrid damage makes your shield less effective than usual.
  • Post-6 Yunara's R gives her dash mobility that can bypass your Q tornado, and her laser W becomes much harder to dodge.

Synergy & Trading

  • Use E shield proactively when Yunara activates Q, then follow up with Q tornado when she commits to trades since she has no mobility pre-6.
  • Time your W slow to kite backwards after Jhin lands his W root, maximizing the CC chain duration.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Roam after pushing waves pre-6 when Yunara is farming and stacking Q on minions, as she's immobile and vulnerable.
  • Avoid roaming post-6 unless Yunara's R is on cooldown, as she can easily dive Jhin with her enhanced mobility and damage.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste Q tornado trying to interrupt Yunara's Q activation since it's instant cast - save it for when she actually engages.
  • Avoid standing near Yunara's W spirit bead as she can reactivate it, and during her R the laser version has much longer range.
