Who Wins

  • You lose early trades to Qiyana's burst but can win all-ins once you stack passive, especially at level 2-3 with Q-E.
  • Post-6, you win extended fights through sustain and DPS, but must respect her R near walls which can instantly delete you.

How to Trade

  • Stack passive on minions then look for E-Q engages when Qiyana uses abilities on the wave.
  • Once you land E, you can run her down with Q resets and passive-empowered autos while she's on cooldown.

Wave Control

  • Let Qiyana push early then freeze near your tower where she can't roam safely.
  • Use Q to last-hit and maintain the freeze while looking for opportunities to stack passive and trade.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't chase Qiyana through jungle areas where she has multiple W elements available for escapes.
  • Fighting near walls post-6 gives her massive kill pressure with R, so force fights in open areas of the lane.
