Who Wins
- You win pre-6 trades through E pulls and tentacle setups, but Tryndamere can all-in you if you miss E or waste it on minions.
- Post-6 you dominate extended fights with R, but he can still kill you during your R animation or if you're low before ulting.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading is E into W-Q combo when he goes for CS, then back off before he can extended trade with ghost/spin.
- Never try to out-sustain him with Q poke alone since his Q healing scales better than your sustain.
Wave Control
- Push waves hard with Q to create tentacle zones and deny his freeze attempts, but maintain vision since you're immobile to ganks.
