Who Wins
- You lose early levels 1-3 as Darius has stronger base stats and his Q heal gives him better sustain in short trades.
- At level 6, you win if you land E and force him to fight in your ultimate zone with multiple tentacles.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to land E on him, then immediately W the spirit while backing away from his Q outer ring.
- If he commits to the spirit, you can Q him and the spirit simultaneously for massive damage while staying at max range.
Wave Control
- Push waves early to get level 6 first and create tentacle setups around the lane.
- You want to slow push into him so you have minion advantage when you land E, as this forces him to either take spirit damage or fight you in a large wave.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never fight him in extended trades without landing E first, as his passive bleed and Q heal will out-sustain your damage.
- Don't use your ultimate defensively when low - you need to be healthy enough to actually fight in the zone rather than just buying time.
