Who Wins
- You lose early 1v1s levels 1-3 due to Akshan's superior mobility and sustained damage with his passive.
- At level 6, you gain kill pressure with your ultimate's crowd control setup, but Akshan's mobility still makes him difficult to lock down.
How to Trade
- You should focus on short trades using QE combos from maximum range, then immediately backing off before Akshan can engage with his grappling hook.
- Never commit to extended trades as his passive and boomerang will out-damage your sustained abilities.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slow push or neutral wave state to avoid being dove, as Akshan excels at all-ins when you're pushed up.
- Keep the wave in the center or slightly on your side to have escape routes while still being able to farm safely.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You must avoid face-checking bushes or areas where Akshan can ambush you with his invisibility from takedowns or his grappling hook engage.
