Who Wins
- You lose levels 1-3 as Darius has stronger base stats and Q healing while your Q damage is minimal early.
- You win at level 6 since your R gives massive true damage and mobility to kite his ghost/flash engages.
How to Trade
- You want to Q minions to stack your passive, then W for safety and look for extended trades with E-auto-Q when he wastes Q or is low on mana.
- Avoid short trades as his W slow and passive bleeding will chunk you without your sustained damage output.
Wave Control
- You should freeze near your tower early to avoid his all-ins, then slow push when you have items to create large minion waves.
- Use your W in the wave to trade safely and prevent him from engaging through minions.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't fight him in his minion wave early game as his Q will heal off both you and minions while your W won't protect you from minion damage.
- Never try to match his early roams as he's much stronger in skirmishes before you have items and levels.
