Who Wins
- You win most 1v1s pre-6 due to your Q movement speed letting you stick to Wukong and your W damage reduction mitigating his burst combo.
- Post-6 you still have the edge in extended fights since your R executes while his R can be interrupted by your Q silence.
How to Trade
- Look for Q-E trades when Wukong uses W aggressively or wastes his E dash, then use W to reduce his retaliation damage before backing off.
- Your passive lets you sustain through poke while he has no built-in healing, so short favorable trades accumulate over time.
Wave Control
- Push early levels to establish priority since you clear waves faster with E, but be ready to freeze when ahead to deny Wukong farm and force him into bad trades.
- Avoid slow pushing into his powerspikes as he can use minion waves to extend his combo damage.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't chase Wukong's W clone as it wastes your Q cooldown and lets him turn the trade around with his real position.
- Never use your W preemptively against his poke - save it for when he commits with E-Q combo to maximize the damage reduction value.
