Who Wins
- You win early 1v1s levels 1-3 through Q movement speed to gap close and higher base damage in extended trades.
- At level 6, you dominate all-ins as your R execute combined with E damage can kill him through his W shield if you land a full combo.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is Q to gap close and silence, immediately followed by E for maximum spin damage while he cannot retaliate.
- You want to extend trades as long as possible since your sustain and DPS advantage grows over time, especially after landing your silence.
Wave Control
- You should look to freeze waves near your tower to create long lanes where you can run Shen down with Q movement speed.
- When ahead, you can slow push and dive him under tower since his escape tools are limited and your sustain allows for tower tanking.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste Q movement speed by using it when Shen is too far away or has minions to block your approach.
