Who Wins
- You lose levels 1-3 in direct fights, so focus on farming with Q and avoiding extended trades.
- At level 6, you gain kill pressure with barrel combos and ultimate, but still lose if Sett gets on top of you.
How to Trade
- You should poke with Q when Sett goes for CS, then immediately place a barrel and back off to avoid retaliation.
- Your optimal trade is barrel-auto-Q combo when he's slowed, but never stay in range for his counter-engage.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slow push or freeze just outside your tower range to farm safely while setting up barrel zones.
- Avoid hard shoving unless you can recall, as being pushed up makes you extremely vulnerable to Sett's engage.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You cannot face-check bushes or fight in close quarters without barrel setups, as Sett will kill you instantly.
- Don't waste your W cleanse on his E slow - save it for when he lands the stun portion or other CC.
