LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Caitlyn have the edge because your barrel combos force Soraka and Ziggs to either take damage or give up CS, and Caitlyn's range punishes any overextension they make to contest; however, Ziggs' W (Satchel Charge) can interrupt your barrel detonation chain if he times it well, so don't rely on predictable barrel placements.
- Post-6, your R gives you global pressure and zoning power that Ziggs cannot replicate, and combined with Caitlyn's R, you can threaten kills on low-health targets across the map.
Synergy & Trading
- Place barrels in the path Ziggs and Soraka must walk to trade or CS, then use your Q to detonate them when they step on them — Caitlyn's Q can also detonate barrels, so coordinate with her for burst combos.
- Use your W to cleanse Soraka's Q silence zone or Ziggs' E slow/root immediately, as being locked in those zones negates your barrel setup entirely.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Use your barrels to control the wave tempo — detonating barrels on the wave lets you push or freeze depending on what Caitlyn needs, and it denies Ziggs the free waveclear he relies on.
- When ahead, stack barrels deep in the enemy side of the lane to zone Soraka away from healing Ziggs, forcing him to either take poke or lose CS.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not waste your W defensively on minor poke — save it for Soraka's Q silence zone or Ziggs' E root, as those are the crowd control effects that will get you killed if you cannot move.
- Avoid placing barrels in obvious chokepoints that Ziggs can simply W away from; vary your barrel placement angles so he cannot consistently escape the detonation radius.
