Who Wins
- You lose early trades levels 1-3 due to Yorick's ghouls and Q damage being superior to your limited waveclear.
- At level 6, you gain a significant advantage as your ultimate provides escape/engage potential while Yorick's Maiden is primarily a split-push tool.
How to Trade
- You should look for short trades using W-E-Q combo when Yorick has no ghouls up, then immediately back off.
- Extended trades favor Yorick due to his sustained damage and healing from Q, so never commit to all-ins without jungle assistance.
Wave Control
- You want to hard shove waves with Q to prevent Yorick from building up graves for ghouls.
- Maintaining wave priority allows you to roam with your ultimate and prevents Yorick from establishing the slow push he needs to dominate lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You must never let Yorick trap you in his W wall without your E available, as you'll take massive damage from ghouls and his Q.
