Who Wins
- You win early 1v1s through vital procs and Q mobility to dodge his abilities, with your superior sustain from vitals.
- At level 6, your R gives you even more kill pressure as you can heal through his damage and dodge his R with your mobility.
How to Trade
- Trade by proccing vitals with Q then immediately backing off, using your movement speed to avoid his Q retaliation.
- Look for extended trades when his abilities are on cooldown, as your sustained damage and healing will win longer engagements.
Wave Control
- Freeze waves near your tower to create long lanes for all-ins, as Sion cannot effectively trade in extended lanes.
- Avoid pushing unless you can dive, since he will just waveclear with Q and look to roam.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use W reactively against his Q as good Sions will cancel it to bait your parry cooldown.
- Avoid fighting in minion waves where his E can hit multiple targets and reduce your mobility advantage.
