Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior sustain and Q poke, as Tryndamere lacks gap closers and sustain early.
- Post-6 you lose hard once he gets R, as he can all-in through your damage and your R healing isn't enough to match his sustained DPS with rage.
How to Trade
- Poke with Q when he goes for CS, then back off immediately to avoid extended trades where his rage builds up.
- Never commit to long trades as his passive and Q healing combined with fury generation will out-sustain your damage output.
Wave Control
- Push waves early to deny him CS and build a health advantage through minion damage when he tries to farm.
