Who Wins
- You win early trades pre-6 through Q poke and E damage reduction, as Mordekaiser lacks the burst to threaten your sustain.
- Post-6 you lose hard in Death Realm since you can't kite effectively and he steals your health stats, making extended fights heavily favor him.
How to Trade
- Trade with Q poke from max range then immediately back off to avoid his passive stacks, using W to cleanse any slows from his E pull.
- Never commit to extended trades as his passive aura and stat-stealing will out-damage your regeneration over time.
Wave Control
- Push waves early with Q spam to deny him farm and force him under tower where he struggles to last-hit.
- After 6, maintain distance and only look for short trades, avoiding situations where he can force all-ins or Death Realm fights.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't let him proc his passive by staying in range after trading, as the movement speed and aura damage will let him run you down.
