Who Wins

  • You dominate pre-6 with superior Q poke range and burst potential, but must be extremely careful post-6 as Sylas stealing your R creates lethal all-in scenarios.

How to Trade

  • Use Q-W trades when Sylas uses abilities on minions, then back off before he can respond with E2-W combo.
  • Save your E for disengaging from his all-ins rather than engaging, as his W heal negates much of your burst if you can't finish kills.

Wave Control

  • Maintain aggressive pushing to force Sylas under tower and deny his roaming potential, using Q to poke him while he farms.
  • Be ready to back off and reset waves when he hits 6, as frozen lanes become dangerous with his stolen ultimate threat.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't use your R aggressively when Sylas has his ultimate available, as he can immediately steal and use it better than you in extended fights.
  • Avoid fighting in minion waves where his Q2 can hit multiple targets and reduce his cooldowns significantly.
