Who Wins
- You win trades pre-6 through Q poke and W shield, as Kassadin lacks sustain and has limited trading tools early.
- Post-6 you lose all-ins since Kassadin's R mobility lets him dodge your R engage or escape after trading, while his Q silence disrupts your combo.
How to Trade
- Land Q first, then immediately W-auto for the shield and orb proc damage before backing off.
- Never commit to extended trades without landing Q, as Kassadin can Q-silence you and walk away with his movement speed buff.
Wave Control
- Push early waves hard with Q-W to establish level and recall advantages before Kassadin scales.
- After 6, maintain slow pushes and look for roam timings, as you cannot match his scaling or mobility in lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
