Who Wins
- You win most trades pre-6 through superior base damages and passive stacking, but need to respect Fiora's W parry timing.
- Post-6 you can still win if you land E before she uses R, but if she gets a clean R off and procs all vitals, you lose the 1v1.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is E pull into W auto-reset, then either Q for heal/damage or continue autoing for passive stacks depending on her W timing.
- If she wastes W early, you can commit fully with ghost/flash for the kill.
Wave Control
- You want to hard push waves and roam since Fiora outscales you in the sidelane and you have better teamfight presence.
- Alternatively, freeze near your tower to deny her farm and force her to overextend for CS where you can run her down.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use Q for poke when she has W available as a good Fiora will parry it and stun you for a free vital trade.
- Avoid chasing her through minion waves post-6 as her R movement speed and vital healing can turn fights around quickly.
