Who Wins
- You lose early levels 1-3 as Jax's E negates your auto attacks and Q damage while his W-auto trades are stronger.
- At level 6, you have a slight advantage if you can land your E engage and avoid his counterstrike timing.
How to Trade
- You want to trade with short Q1-auto-Q2 combos when his E is down, then immediately disengage with W movement speed.
- Never extended trade when his counterstrike is available as he will win every time.
Wave Control
- You should look to freeze the wave near your tower early game to force Jax to overextend for CS.
- Push for level 6 timing advantage, then look to roam mid or jungle as you scale better in teamfights.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You must never engage with E when his counterstrike is available as he will dodge your stun and win the all-in.
- Don't try to match his split push late game as he will always win the 1v1 after two items.
