Who Wins
- You lose pre-6 due to Varus outranging your abilities and Pyke threatening all-ins if you step up to trade.
- Post-6 you can win with proper E-Q-W-R combos if Veigar lands cage, but Pyke's R execute range overlaps with your burst threshold.
Synergy & Trading
- Use W to zone and force positioning, then follow up with E-Q when enemies dodge into Veigar's cage placement.
- Your passive stacks set up Veigar's burst perfectly once enemies are chunked.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam after shoving waves with W-E combo, especially when Veigar hits level 6 and can waveclear safely.
- Look for roams when Pyke recalls or when river objectives spawn.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste E on minions for waveclear - you need it available to punish Pyke hooks or set up picks with Veigar cage.
