Pre-6, you win this lane the moment you land a hook — Caitlyn's range is irrelevant if she is grabbed, and Brand cannot peel her fast enough before your E and Miss Fortune's combo kills her.
Post-6, your R knockup is the critical tool to lock Caitlyn in place for Miss Fortune's R, but Brand's R bouncing in a teamfight can kill both of you if you cluster, so you must respect his post-6 burst.

Your best pattern is to hook Caitlyn when she steps up to poke, immediately E to close the gap and silence her, then let Miss Fortune activate E and Q-bounce for the kill — your job is to create the window, not to deal the damage.
Do not hook Brand unless Caitlyn is untargetable or out of position, as Brand is the less threatening target to grab and wastes your cooldown.

You should not roam pre-6 — your value is entirely in your hook threat keeping Caitlyn from freely poking, and leaving Miss Fortune alone removes that pressure entirely.
Post-6, a roam to mid after a successful kill or a shoved wave is viable since your hook and R are high-impact in tight corridors, but only if Miss Fortune can safely hold the wave.

Do not use your Q on minions or in obvious angles — Caitlyn will place W traps in your hook paths and you will waste your primary engage tool.
Avoid standing in Brand's W range while on cooldown, as he will poke you down and reduce your ability to hook aggressively when the opportunity arises.
