Who Wins
- Pre-6, this lane heavily favors you and Jhin — your Q threat forces Miss Fortune and Milio to play extremely far back, and if you land a Q on Miss Fortune she has no mobility to escape the follow-up.
- Post-6, your R silence combined with Jhin's R makes the kill threat even more decisive, but Milio's R can cleanse your grab's follow-up if he reacts fast enough.
Synergy & Trading
- Your job is to Q Miss Fortune specifically, not Milio, since Milio's E shield and W heal make him a poor grab target — landing Q on the carry forces Milio to burn his R or watch his ADC die.
- After a successful Q, immediately W to close distance and E to knock up, giving Jhin time to land his fourth shot and W root.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You have no meaningful wave control tools, so let Jhin manage the wave while you position aggressively in brush to maintain Q threat — your presence alone zones them off CS.
- Avoid overextending to hook when the wave is pushing into them, as a failed Q in that state leaves you and Jhin exposed to a counter-engage.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use Q on Milio when he is shielded or when his E is active, as the shield absorbs significant burst and the grab becomes a wasted cooldown that gives them a free window to trade back.
- A missed Q in this matchup is a 20-second window where you are a melee support with no engage, and Miss Fortune will abuse that immediately with E and Q poke.
