Who Wins
- You lose early 1v1s levels 1-3 as Yasuo can easily gap close and out-trade you with his mobility and shield.
- At level 6, you gain significant kill pressure with your ultimate's execute damage and crowd control, but Yasuo's windwall can still neutralize your burst combo.
How to Trade
- You should focus on short trades using W to proc your passive stars while maintaining maximum distance from Yasuo.
- Never commit to extended trades as his sustained damage and mobility will overwhelm you - poke with Q and W then immediately back away.
Wave Control
- You want to hard push waves early to roam and impact other lanes since you cannot match Yasuo's 1v1 potential.
- Focus on clearing waves quickly with W and looking for roam timers rather than trying to freeze or trade in lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You must never fight Yasuo when his windwall is available as it completely negates your Q and R damage.
- Avoid positioning where he can easily dash through minions to reach you, and never waste your ultimate when his windwall can block the initial knockup.
